Shipping & Returns
All Items purchased are sent Royal Mail - large orders are sent by Courier, mainly DHL, an online tracking number will be supplied.

The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order. Delivery charges are calculated as per Royal Mail fees. In most cases all orders will be delivered within 48 hours (Mon-Fri by 6pm) If you have any questions, feel free to email us at: support@paradynesystems.co.uk

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming goods have been sent. Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery. You accept that we cannot be held responsible for anyone impersonating you or your company for collecting your deliveries at the address you specify.

Cancelling your Order Orders can be cancelled at any time providing that the goods have not been despatched. To cancel an order please email sales@paradynesystems.co.uk stating the order date and your name and email address and order number.

Returns and Refunds
All goods are supplied with a no-nonsense 30 day money back guarantee. If any product supplied fails to meet your expectations return it to us in unused, unopened, saleable condition complete with packaging within 30 days and we'll refund your money in full, less any applicable delivery charges.

You can return any faulty or damaged goods within 30 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement or full refund including delivery charges within 30 days.

You must provide us with the original invoice, despatch note or other proof of purchase.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Force Majeure
Paradyne Computer Systems shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
